Complaints Procedure

If parents are concerned about the content or delivery of a subject they should, in the first instance, make an appointment with the Curriculum Coordinator for that subject. Any further concerns should be addressed to the Headteacher.

Any complaint about Special Educational Needs should be addressed to the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO). If the matter needs to be taken further, a letter should be sent to the School Governor with responsibility for SEN c/o the Office Manager, Hope High School, Prestwood Road, Salford, M6 8GG.

All other complaints should be made to the Chair of Governors, at the same address.
