General Information
Pastoral Care
Hope High School has five year groups, each led by a Progression Leader, who gets to know each individual student and follows his or her progress throughout the school. Close liaison is maintained with parents and the students' academic and social development is monitored closely. Working with Progression Leaders, Form Tutors check attendance, Student Planners and uniform regularly and deal with any problems in the first instance.
Parents are encouraged to come into school to discuss progress with the Progression Leader, who is their point of contact within the school.
Progression Leaders and Form Tutors liaise closely with all staff so that strengths and weaknesses are identified quickly. They work closely as a team to maintain consistency and share expertise.
